UNPACKING THE ‘S’ IN ESG

November 24 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm

Lonsec Sustainability Webinar – Unpacking the ‘S’ in ESG

As ESG investing becomes more mainstream, Advisers and their clients have built a good understanding of Environmental and Governance risks but the ‘S’ – Social – in ESG is less well understood. The next Lonsec Sustainability Webinar will address this by outlining the two critical Social issues of diversity and modern slavery. In a wide-ranging discussion with two leading fund managers, we will help you understand the nature of these risks, the opportunities with companies who manage these issues well and what companies can and are doing to mitigate these risks.

Joining Tony Adams, Head of Sustainability Research at Lonsec Research are Alison Ewings, Head of Engagement at Regnan, and Will Baylis, Lead Portfolio Manager for the Sustainable Equity Strategy at Martin Currie. Alison and Will are specialists in the field of ESG investing, particularly on the issues of diversity and modern slavery, and will outline how they use management of these risks in their company assessments and selection.

There will be a dedicated Q&A session in the webinar.
