The Lonsec SMA – Core portfolio aims to generate long-term returns above the benchmark by investing in a concentrated portfolio of large-cap Australian listed companies within the S&P/ASX 200 benchmark. The portfolio is suitable for investors seeking capital growth, over a period of five years.
The Lonsec SMA – Income portfolio aims to deliver an above-benchmark, tax-effective income stream and reasonable capital growth, over the medium to long term, by investing in a concentrated portfolio of large-cap Australian listed companies within the ASX 200 universe. The portfolio is suitable for investors seeking above benchmark income stream and capital growth in-line with inflation.
Investment universe
The portfolio primarily selects stocks from the S&P/ASX 200 index, reflecting the large cap bias of the strategy.
The portfolio is general fully invested and does not invest in derivatives.
